Charles Birdsall Jr., President
Only a toddler when his father started the White Meadow Petroleum in New Jersey in 1947, Charlie Birdsall followed in his father's footsteps when he moved to Maine and started the No Frills Oil Company in 1980. Charlie launched the business with two antique (1956 & 1957) Autocar oil delivery trucks that were given to him by his dad. Charlie enjoys getting to meet his customers and the long hours of working with his family in making No Frills a success. |
Kathleen Birdsall, Vice president
As the mother of six children. Kathy and her husband Charlie started the business in 1980 from their Hancock home after moving to Maine from Staten Island, New York in 1979. She especially enjoys time spent with her children and grandchildren.

Charles W. Birdsall III, Marketing coordinator
When he's not busy in the winter delivering heating oil, 'Little Charlie'; is immersed in marketing, advertising, promotion and new business development for No Frills Oil Company. He started working full-time in the family business after graduating from Ellsworth High School in 1989.

Colleen Birdsall Mutlu, Consultant
Ever since she was old enough to master an adding machine, Colleen Birdsall Mutlu has been involved with the family business. Colleen's two children, have made the company's Route 1 headquarters something of a second home as the third generation of the Birdsall family to live and work in Hancock. Colleen is married to Savas Mutlu of Lewis & Malm Arcitecture. |

William Birdsall, Driver/Mechanic
Bill when not delivering heating oil, he is in charge of truck maintenance keeping the No frills Fleet in tip top shape. The proud father of daughter Emily, and son Henry he and his wife, Johana.

Nicholas Birdsall, Sales
Nick began working full-time in his family's business in the winter of 2004, after returning home from Texas where he was stationed while in the U.S. Marine Corps. Along with commercial and residential sales, Nick is in charge of establishing new accounts and managing computer hardware and software upgrades. Nick is also out delivering heating oil & propane. |

Johana Birdsall, Customer Service & Inside Sales with daughter Emily
Since she married Bill Birdsall in 1999, Johana has been one of the friendly voices No Frills' customers hear on the phone. Johana also handles accounts budget accounts, accounts receivable and collections.

Dolores Johnston, Customer Service
As a dispatcher and customer service representative, Dolores Johnston, has been with No Frills for eight years. A lifelong resident of Hancock, she's known the Birdsall family since they started the oil business in 1980. |

Gordon Graham, Delivery driver
A lifelong resident of Bar Harbor, Gordon Graham, has over 20 years of experience in heating oil delivery, over twelve years with No Frills. A 1979 graduate of the University of Maine-Orono, Gordon is an avid long-distance runner, he has participated in the MDI Marathon. |
David Berry, Delivery driver
Has been a No Frills team member for over 12 years, David, started as a helper and then earned his Class B license and began making oil deliveries.
